I just came home from the best brunch restaurant in Jönköping. We ate SPIRA, which is a restaurant placed in the new opera house. It is driven by the chef Tommy Myllymäki who was nominated the best chef in Sweden 2007. He is also the chef in "Mitt Kök" at tv4.
