3 x workout

L, L & I had a 2hours and 40min workout yesterday. We started out with CX-workout, which is a core and strenght training that focuses on functional fitness. It strengthens mainly the upper body. After that powerwalk on the treadmil, and finally 60min body pump. Hell yeah!
