- Run 3,2 km
- Rest 2 minutes
- 20kg Squat clean, 20 reps
- 20 Box jump, 60cm box
- 20 Walking lunge steps with (utfall) 10 kg plate held overhead
- 20 Box jump, 60cm box
- 20 kg Squat clean, 20 reps
- Rest 2 minutes
- Run 3.2 km



I will buy a gym membership at Sportlife tomorrow.
