Kesella
I am sitting here eating Kesella topped with my grandma’s homemade apple jam as a snack after my workout this morning. Kesella is a perfect meal after a workout, since it contains mostly of protein and is low in calories. I was at the same gym class as last week, the circle gym/indoor walking.
My sis is back in town this weekend, cannot wait to see her! I have so many plans for the weekend, and tonight is my favorite tradition of the year! I will let you know later what it is.
