Golf

S♥ and I went to Sofiedals golfcourse last night. The weather was perfect - warm and no wind at all. We were home again just on time to "Allsång På Skansen". On today's schedule - 9km run, pick up a parcel at the post office, tanning and then I have the closing at F&S.

I just wanna make you sweat...

Pusch, 1h spin class without aircondition in the room makes you sweat - I like it. This is the best bonus when working on F&S, a workout or two a day!

Summer

It is finally summer! S♥, A and I went to Gamla Väster today for a lunch in the afternoon sun. I hope the summer is here to stay.
